
Office Manager/ Administrator
Due to continued expansion, we are looking to recruit a part time Administrator/ Office Manager (21-25 hours per week)
This is an accounting support role with a twist! In addition to your top notch organisational skills, you’ll be assisting a specialist accounting firm with social media, marketing, events and new business development.

Duties in this key position include:
- Answering calls and taking messages
- Proactively phoning clients to chase outstanding work
- Booking Review Meeting with Clients
- Managing our CRM system and client communications
- Supporting the MD in putting on client events
- Producing monthly pro active communications to clients under guidance from the MD
- Supporting the new client sign up process
- Assist in managing the firms social media channels
- Assist in creation and sending of direct mail to prospects
- Manage our monthly client survey process
- Assist in the development of new systems and processes in the firm
Essential Skills
- Competent with Microsoft Office products
- Confident with new technologies
- Outgoing pleasant telephone manner
- Attention to detail
- Good organisation skills
- Ability to deal with sensitive and confidential data
Desirable Skills
- Used Cloud Technology
- Familiar with Xero
